The Co Fermanagh food specialists have been featured on the RTE television series 'Neven Maguire: Home Chef'
The acclaimed chef is a keen supporter of local sourcing for ingredients for his restaurant MacNeans Bistro. In programme three of the series, Neven visited Kettyle Irish Foods where he talked to Maurice Kettyle about the time-honoured maturing process known as dry-ageing. He then served up his recipe for Kettyle ribeye steak with mushroom butter and a unique potato-gratin using garlic and bacon.
