Kettyle Irish Foods, Lisnaskea, are this year’s proud winners of the Fermanagh Herald’s Growth Through Export Award

The Award was sponsored by Invest Northern Ireland and offers applicants the opportunity to receive recognition for growth in their business through export during the last two years. Kettyle won the coveted award based on the Judges considering growth in export sales to countries outside Northern Ireland (more credence was attached to export sales to countries outside GB). Over the past two years the Kettyle name has been spreading, and can be found in ROI, across Europe including France, Germany, Portugal, Holland and more recently have started to export to the UAE. Export sales are growing at a steady pace and are benefited greatly by the businesses participation in world food shows including the most recent, Anuga and others such as Sial and Gulfood.

Factory Manager, Ian McKernaghan was asked at Friday evening’s celebrations what this Award meant to Kettyle, He replied ‘It is a huge accolade to the entire Kettyle team, as far as export is concerned Kettyle knows no boundaries and are investing heavily to ensure long term growth within these markets.
