Without doubt the Kettyle Rib in which ever form is our product of endorsement and extinction with its full rounded flavour coming from that just little extra marbling. Aged for that minimum 28 days the rib stands up to everything dry aging can bring. The end result is the fullest beef flavoured, tender steak or roast that money can buy with that distinctive nutty and buttery flavour.

PRICING POLICY

All our prices are based on average weights. Our butchers endeavour to cut to the exact amount ordered although, to get you the best quality cut, they may sometimes cut a fraction under or over the specified weight. All our meat is priced per kg, so you'll be charged for the actual weight of the cut delivered.
